The wedding ceremony and reception are at 401 River Woods Dr, Wallace N.C 28466.

The dress-code for the wedding is business casual, no crew t-shirts, no ripped clothing, no jeans. Dress nice but comfortably as the wedding ceremony and reception are outdoors.

No outside alcohol is allowed period! The venue will shut the bar down and any violators will be asked to leave by wedding planner. We will have a $300 bar tab for beer choices. Wine and shelf liquor will be for sale on your own dime. Once the tab is reached for beer at the bar it will be on your expense. They accept cash and card. Prices range from $4 to $8 for beer, wine and liquor.

We have 10 rooms reserved for the wedding, they are on a first come first serve basis. Rooms are at the hotel right near the main entrance into the neighborhood.

3:45 P.M all guests should be at the River Lodge and finding a seat. 4:00 P.M Ceremony begins, no one will be allowed into the venue at this time. 4:30 P.M Ceremony ends, all guests will transition to the reception area. 4:35 P.M Coctail hour while bridal party takes photos. 5:30 P.M Introductions, first dance, parent dances, mother/son dances and blessing. 5:45 P.M Dinner Buffet Style. 6:45 P.M Cake Cutting, Toasts, Bouquet / Garter Toss. 7:00 P.M Dance floor opens to guests. 10:00 P.M Event ends.

Plus ones and children are allowed, if you are bringing a child age 7 and older they will be sat with children in the child area that will have games and a more child like environment. Dinner for adults will be on the upper deck and a more intimate setting.

We ask that you refrain from any pictures or videos during the wedding ceremony. We have someone taking them, please allow them to work and keep the wedding intimate and undisturbed.

Ceremony seating is first come first served, however immediate family gets precedence over the first and second rows. Reception seating will be based on a premade seating chart, your name will be on a place setting.

If you have any food allergies please let us know ASAP so we can make separate food accommodations for you. Our dinner is buffet style due to venue agreements.
